On the back of new research showing New Zealanders are concerned about their children’s ability to cope with the pressures of life, Southern Cross teamed up with Sir Ashley Bloomfield and Pause Breathe Smile to release a new mindfulness practice available free to all New Zealanders.
Working with the Southern Cross team, Carolyn secured earned media and coverage across a wide ranges of mainstream, industry and special interest media to promote a new mind health app and to encourage conversations on wellbeing.
With an attractive angle crafted for targeted journalists bringing together new stats on wellbeing and a narrative on the importance of mind health. Additional reach was achieved through publication on Southern Cross’ owned channels including website and social media.
